those years, therapy has been really famous. Used by some stars or important people, therapy is now something normal and there isn't to be ashamed about going in.
In fact, one of the therapy we use every day and we don't know is SPORT.
sport is the new therapy, there is so many sport used to help like yoga for example or training. why sport help yourself to feel better?
indeed sport is something really important to health but it has great benefits too. people does't always have the motivation to start but when you began any sports, you automatically reject all your bad energy and your stress in it. It could swimming, running or just walking the fact is only that it allow you to take time for yourself and you'll see after any kind of sport even if it's a short time less than an hour it brings you good energy.
sports also gives you a lot of assurance if your a person that are hang-up about your weight or your body. We sees sport as a big step to take but it is really not that much. I have started for 2 years fitness classes that are really great if you are not motivated to start by your own.
however those new sport app have made the thing so easy, we don't have excuses .
you'll may already heard about all of this but it is just a reminder in order to prevent serious issues and because I've tested this "therapy" and the results are amazing not just about the external appearance but especially for mental health.
